IT Change Manager - Harrogate - up to £45,000 + 26 days holiday + 10% pension
A leading professional services organisation going through a period of expansion.
We require an IT Change Management professional to ensure the structured delivery of IT change, controlling the delivery and managing risks and issues.
You will be responsible for overseeing all change requests, ensuring software, infrastructure and security changes are controlled in a mature change process. The role will be responsible for chairing CAB meetings, ensuring change requests are documented correctly.
Key skills and experience
* ITIL Certification
* Experience gained in managing change in an ITIL environment, across service delivery, transition, process improvement etc
* Stakeholder management - both business and IT
