Solution Architect - Virtual Assistant

As an established and trusted recruitment partner to this highly prestigious global organisation in Dubai, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a Solution Architect to focus on the creation of Virtual Assistant technology. This organisation is known across the globe and serves over 60 countries worldwide. The IT Solutions Architect will be a domain expert for the assigned business area and will provide consulting service to the Business and to IT/vendor project teams. Assist IT Project Managers as required on projects relevant to the customer unit by, for example, writing solution architecture documents or by providing domain advice for application support and development, manage functional implementation and user training activities etc.

Job Outline:

*High-level architecture and technical strategy for RPA and Chatbot

*Implementation options for all assigned application initiatives for RPA and Chatbot

*RPA and Chatbot governance processes and structures

*Integrity, stability, performance and scalability of the RPA and Chatbot environments.

*Apply technology and innovation with a specific focus on modern software development practices and technologies, including Agile, DevOps, and Cloud, Containers, CSM compliant APIs and micro services.

*Use domain and applications expertise to recommend initiatives where IT could add value to the Customer business functions, processes and/or applications. Present such initiatives through the Line Manager, for obtaining the decision of the customer business unit.

*Provide solution architecture document for system solutions in a comprehensive, meaningful and well-structured manner. This includes ensuring that the proposed business solution will deliver the expected benefits. Support the line manager in obtaining business sign-off for the above from the business users.

*Provide consultancy and guidance to internal IT project teams ensuring that they are aware of domain issues that could potentially impact their project.

*Support in creating test packs for application changes, including enhancements and new releases. Assist in SIT/UAT phases and provide adequate support during product launch.

*Provide all assistance to the Project Managers/project teams on application support, impact analysis, and user acceptance testing, as assigned.

*Solution Architects are an integral part of the Enterprise Architecture team and required to be

oProficient in tools & techniques to discover business problems and opportunities.

oWell versed with integration methodologies and API design methodologies

oProcess modelling as part of Business Process re-engineering Initiatives

oIs able to develop and validate business cases to make sure that the priorities are driven by business value

oIs preferred to have expertise in any one of the following areas:
