We require a Change Lead (Manager/Senior Manager level) to support the implementation of SAP Ariba in Iraq. You will be required to travel to Dubai and Iraq on a regular basis.The candidate would ideally be based in Dubai and then travel to Iraq as needed - local candidate is preferred;However, we would consider candidates based in other geographies with an expectation they would be in Dubai/Iraq approx. 60% of the time;Any travel would be funded by the project;Candidate should ideally be fluent in Arabic. PURPOSE & ACCOUNTABILITIESPurposeTo drive and support the business change activities required to underpin the organization's IT simplification agenda. The organization is focused on aligning and simplifying IT systems to increase customer satisfaction and business value which will drive significant and ongoing change in all parts of the business, supporting the business' growth agenda. The role is delivery focused and will lead IT-driven business change in a programme or project environment.The primary purpose of the role is to:Engage with senior business and IT leaders and executives to drive the change agendaLead or be a senior team member on change programmes.Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives, usually in an Agile contextAdvise, coach, manage and mentor more junior change managers often via matrix leadership to build the capabilityOperate, with support where needed across change management, communicationsWork closely and collaboratively with other related departments, OD/OE, Internal Communications, Learning and Continuous Improvement, within the organization to deliver a comprehensive service to the business using agreed methodologyEquip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change AccountabilitiesWork on projects to: Build or help build change management and integrated transformational change plans and manage delivery against theseBuild and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standardEnsure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projectsPartner with other parts of the organisation (IC, OD, Learning) to deliver high quality change management interventionsDevelop agile mindsets and behavioursTechnical Skills & ExperienceTeam lead or individual contributor to managing key stakeholders.Demonstrated evidence of end to end change management experience: Integrated ChangeCommunicationsTrainingValue RealisationSoft Skills & ExperienceGood knowledge of leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoptionExpertise in change management methods and their applicationUnderstanding of Agile and its impact on the management of changeProven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levelsAble to conduct detail change impact assessments and work with the business to drive action plansAble to produce business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain changeResilient and able to manage challenge and resistanceResults/outcomes oriented, business value focusedConfident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environmentExcellent oral and written presentation skillsMichael Bailey International is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
