£45000 - £50000 per annum

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to join an established Financial Services organisation based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity that will see the successful Business Analyst join a talented change function who are under-going a significant period of transformation. The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting Business Transformation to enable the effective delivery of projects.

Business Analyst Requirements

* Experience of facilitating and managing workshops

* Ability to manage and challenge difficult stakeholders

* Requirement gathering and documentation

* Business process mapping

* Strong business change experience is required

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Benefits realisation and management

* As is and To be processes

* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both written and verbally

* Ability and willingness to work in a mixed Waterfall and Agile delivery environment

* Experience of working in financial services or another highly-regulated environment is preferred
