O365 Analyst / EngineerContract. 6 Months. Bristol, £c.250-450 per day* The Role:Established South West Organisation seeks an O365 Analyst / Engineer to assist in the 3rd line server support activities for a national Office 365 environment aiding initially with the migration/deployment across multiple tenants, including a WIN10 desktop refresh.You will have worked in a medium to large-scale (1000 - 10,000 users) environment across multiple locations/sites in the UK and have gained experience in O365 migrations, post deployment support and hybrid O365 / onsite MS Exchange 2010 & 2013 server environments along with, Windows Server 2012 Active Directory / Group Policy.You will be confident, methodical and able to adapt to corporate environments and possess strong communication skills. Key SkillsProvide 3rd line support of desktops and laptops for a Windows-based environmentAct as Desktop Subject matter expert (SME) to support strategic initiatives and tactical deployments, including current W10 roll out and running of ongoing upgrades for W10/O365Use of Microsoft SCCM to build devices and deploy software and updatesKnowledge of Windows scripting (PowerShell/VBScript)Knowledge of VMware vSphereKnowledge of encryption technologies, BitLocker, Endpoint Encryption etc.Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016Experience with Powershell scripting would be advantageous but non-essential.Additional skills with VMWare virtualisation would be advantageous, but not essential although this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in these areas.Additional skills with VMWare virtualisation would be advantageous, but not essential although this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in these areas.*There is scope for multiple contractors to be brought on, so strong 3rd line engineers / junior candidates will be considered - day rate DOE.
