2nd Line Support - London - 3 month ContractI am working with my client who is looking for an 2nd line support for an initial 3 month contract based in the heart of London. You will be working in with a team, acting as an escalation point for 1st Line when needed. Working both as support and potentially working on small projects including roll outs and enhancements.

Role & Responsibilities Administrating Office 365 and managing SCCM Building and deploying new devices Supporting both Windows and iOS operating systems/devices Work with user accounts, group policy and active directory Produce documentation for any changes made
