Senior Desktop Support Engineer, global client, great opportunity

As the Senior Support Engineer you will work for a leading company based on-site at their office located in Bristol, providing IT support.

The client is looking to hire a Senior Desktop Support Engineer on a 3 month contract who will be able to provide great support and customer experience to 140 users.

Key Tasks:

-Responding to tickets in a timely manner

-Administration of Mac/Microsoft operating systems

-Desk-side and 2nd Line Support

-Password resets

-On-boarding new starters
