The role will part of a development team tasked with creating the new platform. The individual will be responsible for designing, architecting, assisting development and developing BPM applications using Pega PRPC. The applications are high-profile and in early stages.
ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design and develop BPM applicationsFully understand business needs and requirementsLead the effort in gathering and understanding requirements and use casesPerform solution architecture and design within Pega PRPCDrive creation and integration of web services/databases/legacy systemsDesign class structure, data models and application frameworksLead software development activitiesPerform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including reviewing alert logsEnforce best practices in Pega architecture / design / coding and monitor guardrailsInterface with business team to assist in conducting business analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience Required8+ years of software development experience; particularly within the financial services industry.Good knowledge about PEGA Class HierarchyClient Lifecycle domain and technical knowledge along with working exp (client onboarding, KYC, maintenance and off-boarding) technical knowledge preferred.Experience and thorough understanding of business process management (BPM) in PEGAExperience in jsp/xml/basic java including relational databasesExpertise in objected-oriented analysis and design across a variety of platformsExperience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testingPega certifications minimum CSSA
Skills RequiredKnowledge of PRPC Rule Resolution, Inheritance, Circumstancing, Persistence, JMS/JNDI Connectors, PRPC Multi-node architecture, caching, case management, data pagesExceptional knowledge about PEGA Class HierarchyDemonstrated Pega PRPC Agents and Services knowledge5 + years of minimum experience in Pega PRPC
