We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Job Purpose Our client are Europe's leading Entertainment Company, who inspire customers with leading innovations and technologies in the entertainment industry and strive to be the best for customers and the people working for them. They are looking for two Project Manager's to join their Product Delivery team in West London.Key Responsibilities:Work directly with the Product Owners to develop delivery plans and co-ordinate across the relevant teams to ensure they understand the business priorities and critical dependenciesPlan and lead delivery by the product, development, integration and test teamsTrack status of key delivery milestones and dependencies, providing clear weekly progress updates.Look ahead to identify risks, and take steps to manage these risksFind expedient ways through issues as they ariseEngage with Director/Exec-level stakeholders to give transparent updates on progress, and seek their assistance when required.Provide quality metrics during all stages of release delivery to ensure that every release improves quality for our clients customersEssential Skills:Knowledge of project and financial planning processes and techniques for deliveries £1m+Confident engaging at a senior level (HoDs, Directors, and C-suite)Ability to build strong and trusting professional relationships with stakeholders across multinational teamsUnderstanding of the challenges faced throughout the product development lifecycleHave a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across multiple stakeholdersPassionate about motivating and developing a high-performing delivery teamExcellent risk and issue managementAbility to work in an ambiguous and continually changing environmentExcellent third party engagementSpecialist Knowledge:Planning software development in waterfall and agile methodologiesIssue investigation and root-cause analysisGood judgement on impact of issues on customer experienceJIRA / ConfluenceSoftware developmentSystems integration methodologies, processes and toolsIndustry Experience:Experience of working in fast-paced corporate environments from initiation through to full project acceptanceHave a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across multiple stakeholdersProduct DeliveryIf you have the above skills, please submit your profile in the first instance.
