Contract ServiceNow Administrator

Central London - Aldgate East tube

450 pd 6 months+

As a trusted external IT/tech recruitment partner to this international bank, we have been asked to help identify a ServiceNow Administrator to work out of offices close to Aldgate tube station.

Key duties will include:

Day to day admin duties of the ServiceNow environment

Act as Central point of contact for ServiceNow

Be responsible for ServiceNow product and modules are developed and delivered

Act as Business Analyst for ServiceNow business functionality

Maintain Service portal that serves the EMA region

Identify improvements to the ServiceNow service
