An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Manager with strong support skills to join a growing, profitable organisation delivering services on a global scale. HQ is on the outskirts of Southampton and within easy reach from the M27). This role will have a mixture of Project work and BAU Support.

The IT Manager position is a standalone role where you will be the main point of contact for all support matters. The company in question have implemented an IT change and improvement strategy and are continuing to refresh and update the infrastructure and security across their Global offices.

This position involves managing, maintenance and development of IT Systems, Applications, Network and Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be adept at relationship building at all levels and with good communication skills and a proactive approach.

* Maintain / Support / Develop IT Systems, Applications, Network and Infrastructure

* Office 365 experience

* SAN / NAS storage

* System Security - Palo Alto/Cisco ASA/Netscaler/Solarwinds

* Active Directory

Please note that the company have offices across the globe and out of hours support will be required from time to time, with some international travel also required.

This role may suit an individual who has held the following roles; 2nd/3rd line IT Support, IT Systems Administration, IT Sys Admin, Systems Engineer, Windows Support Analyst, 1st / 2nd line support consultant or hands-on IT Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager.
