Design ManagerSurrey | up to £65,000 An established contractor who do a lot of their work in residential, education and healthcare projects for a Design Manager to work on a £16m new-build residential project initially.If you are successful in your application, as Design Manager you will become an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team across the United Kingdom, and report directly to the Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for the consultant's designers and sub-contract design elements.This is a great opportunity to fast-track your career within a renowned, established and forward-thinking company who can offer exposure to many major build sectors.You will be the ideal Design Manager for my client if you are degree qualified and have experience in build projects with a main contractor or a developer on residential, education, leisure or commercial projects.
