Our client is looking for a Web Developer to develop their sites using the Umbraco CMS platform. The role will develop the Company's on-line presence interpreting design concepts, project briefs and functional specifications to achieve the required end results The role will develop and implement projects for new and existing web sites and continue the development of B2B and B2C apps. The web developer will interact with internal applications and API's, collaborating with IT department to commission or extend interfaces to back office systems. You will ensuring code security, stability and standards compliance for all existing and new sites. The right candidate will recent and extensive experience delivering solutions with the Umbraco CMS platform (Umbraco certification desirable) and cross browser development. Umbraco experience is a must. You will have demonstrable knowledge of current web design technologies and languages with experience with some of the following (not all requires) HTML, CSS , SASS, JavaScript, Typescript, C#, Node.js, bootstrap, Angular (1 & 2+), ASP.NET 4.5+ and ASP.NET Core, Lucene/Elastic Search and MS SQL. Ideally an excellent knowledge of .NET tools and related languages / technologies including Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server as would previous experience of Test-Driven Development. Thw right candidate will have good organisation, prioritisation, communication and interpersonal skills. Be confident and able to communicate ideas and complex technical information to all levels.
