Our client is looking for a passionate Developer to participate in the development of software produced by the Team, supporting our customers, in accordance with the defined agile software development process and standards. Thye are looking for someone to collaborate within a cross-functional team, encourage change and process improvement and to evaluate new technologies, ideas and methodologies with team members.You will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration and testing of modules that will seek review from both peers and more senior team members, of design and implementation tasks to ensure a quality output is always achieved. You will assist the senior team in understanding the details of a problem, contributing to its design and helping to produce fine-grained estimates for day to day tasks.The successful candidate will have experience in the following:Java developmentServing and consuming REST servicesTest driven developmentRelational databasesHTTPS, including digital certificatesYou will need to have knowledge and experience spanning a wide range of tools and technologies as well as being well skilled in one or more specific fields. It would also be advantageous to have experience in User interface and user experience design, NodeJS, Test automation, Docker, Vagrant, XML and XSDs and full build automation. You will need to have a formal qualification in a relevant field and have an aptitude for rapid self-learning.
