This brand-new position is a superb opportunity for a dedicated, motivated and analytically-minded individual who will be required to provide analysis of a broad range of data from the business to establish the most efficient and optimized business model possible.

The Insight Manager will be adept at optimising and fine-tuning a range of nationwide data streams and develop delivery proposition. An e-commerce background is highly desirable.

Duties of the Insight Manager:

Own and develop modelling to generate delivery and staffing hoursIdentify opportunities through data-driven decisionsIdentify opportunities to widen our offering to the customerProvide and discuss insights at all levels across the businessEngage cross-functionally to agree key areas for deliveryContinually challenge team behaviour, to innovate and develop processes and technology to maximise growthOptimise the sales resource planning Update all relevant data within the sales databasesUtilise data to drive commercial decision makingSupport the ongoing cost control analysisProvide clear and actionable insight and liaise with key stakeholders

Essential Skills for the Insight Manager:

Data modelling and analytical mindGood knowledge of statistical methods and dataAbility to deliver accurate, relevant and timely informationA strong understanding of SQLExcelAbility to gather, interpret and combine data from a multitude of sourcesIn return, the Insight Manager will receive a competitive salary plus an excellent benefits package and annual leave allowance.
