Contract IT Security Access Administrator / IT Administrator

Central London (Aldgate East tube)

£200 p/d - 275p/d

As a trusted IT recruitment partner to this international banking group we have been asked to identify an individual to join on an initial six month assignment as IT Security Access Administrator.

This may suit a recent graduate looking to break into an IT role or an individual looking for their second IT role with a desire to move into IT security. This is a great opportunity to have a major bank on your CV and some exposure into IT security.

Key duties:

Administration of User Access rights for over 300 applications (starters/movers/leavers)

Reviewing access and activity for certain systems, performing checks

The role is intended to provide additional capacity within the team to clear a backlog of work, and then allow more experienced staff to focus on process developments to increase coverage and efficiency of team activities.

Skills and Experience:

Good IT user skills MsOffice

MsWord

MsExcel

Ideally an IT related qualification or degree.

Experience of user access set-up, amendment and deletion helpful

A desire for an IT career.

Interest in IT Security

This role may suit a graduate or an individual that has some IT vocational experience as an IT ServiceDesk Technician, IT Helpdesk Analyst, First line support OR Data Analyst.

This role is a 6 month assignment but could well extend beyond this.
