We're looking for an experienced Team Product Owner (Team PO) that is a passionate, inspiring and customer-centric leader. The Public Websites & Content team is currently transforming how we manage and deliver content across the bank. Our key objective is to create a platform our internal stakeholders can leverage to deliver a first class experience to customers. To achieve this, we're using cloud-based CMS and related products to deliver a platform that drives personalization that's low cost, low risk and fast to market. Further, we're ensuring the platform is ready to support emerging trends of content interaction

A natural facilitator and decision-maker, you'll enable collaboration across all disciplines within the Lab
And you'll influence positively - demonstrating similar values and behaviours to our Group's and encouraging this in team members
We'll be specifically looking for these skills on your CV:
Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver change
Proven experience in strategic and large transformations
Advanced business insight

Experience of influencing alignment up and down the organisation - able to explain prioritisation decisions in releases
Experience of crafting an excellent team environment that attracts and retains talent
