One of our transportation clients that are based in Oslo are looking for a Project Manager to join the team on a 6 month contract.

You must be able to speak Norwegian.

Your role will be to lead the work on implementing solutions for micro-mobility in the context of "combined mobility".

Micro mobility is about small vehicles that can transport you over short distances, often with pedals and with electric motors, such as bicycles, electric bikes, electric park bikes, standing wheels and similar small vehicles.

Often based on one sharing concept such as city bikes or the like to solve the "last mile" problem. Combined mobility is about combining different means of transport, where traditional public transport is combined with other ways of traveling, such as bicycles, scooters, sub-cars and walking.

The customer should be able to experience this as one, comprehensive travel offer that can replace or reduce the use of a private car. In this project, there is a focus on micro mobility as a means of transport. Solutions must be implemented in the customers existing service portfolio.

About the role and tasks:
The consultant will work as project manager for the Department of Mobility Services.

Tasks will include: 

      •     Interdisciplinary collaboration and relationship building, both internally and externally
      •     Head of tender competitions, public procurement
      •     Analysis of the market
      •     Preparation of business models
      •     Negotiation with providers of micro-mobility
      •     Customer involvement
      •     Documentation and financial management
      •     Report to steering group 

What you need:

      •     Experience from major projects and public procurement with many different partners in the private and public sector
      •     Ability to handle complex relationships and structures, both in and out of direct reporting lines
      •     Experience with projects related to the sharing economy
      •     Expertise and experience in the management of interdisciplinary projects
      •     The working language is Norwegian, and it is important that the consultant has the ability to communicate without significant language barriers.
