We currently require the services of a 1st /2nd Line Support Analyst to work for a well respected client based in Manchester for a 6 Month Contract.Key skills required:
Proven experience of working at an onsite IT Service/Support DeskConfiguring and installing IT equipment including; desktops, laptops, mobile phones and other IT peripheralsExperience of working within Microsoft server environment.Customer service experience Understanding of KPI's and achieving performance related objectives.
You will be responsible for:Managing and acting on IT Support requests from users in a timely and professional manner.Configuration and installation of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones and other IT peripherals.Manage and maintain system backups across the business.Liaise with third party suppliers where required.Play a key role in IT projects where appropriate.Any other duties within the post holder's competence as requested.
