The company are looking to increase their headcount and continue to expand moving forward, and they are now looking for someone that can help them continue to grow.In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of around 15 Engineers working on the shop floor. You will plan and schedule the workloads to ensure that production deadlines are met without compromising the high quality standards the company is renowned for. *Workshop or Tool Room background
