I have a long term contract opportunity that might just want you are looking for!The main contractor are designing projects within the build construction sector. These projects consist of educational, commercial and office buildings, worth up to £30 million.What sets this contractor apart from the rest is their multi-disciplinary design approach, comprising architecture, environmental service engineering, interiors and structures specialists.If you are able to complete packages of work autonomously and have detailed design experience (more than concept design, taking it to a stage where it's handed over to construction team) then this role is right up your street!It would be a bonus if you have used IES as a design software however you will still be suitable if you have commercial experience using either of the following: REVIT, Auto CAD or Hevacomp.The rate is flexible depending on experience and interviews for the role will be week commencing 1st July 2019.
