The Trading Performance Manager will be a dedicated, motivated and analytically-minded individual, who will be required to provide key insight and opportunities for our client who are an emerging force in their sector.
Main duties for the Trading Performance Manager:
Support the sales and marketing teams through analysing customer behaviourIn-depth analysis of financial and trading performance Identify areas to improve cllick through rate for customersMeasure trading activity to understand the impact of the customer life-cycleWork with key stakeholders to create reports to keep a measure performance and provide action plansquality assure and developer commercial modelsImplement new pricing frameworks to improve return on investment Work with the wider marketing and analytical team to analyse financial trendsGrow analytics through team trainingConfident in working with internal and external teamsKey Skills for the Trading Performance Manager:
Excellent commercial judgementExperience working in a FCA regulated businessHotjar, Google analytics and tag manager experience The Trading Performance Manager will be an excellent communicator and commercial thinker and will have experience working in a financial environment.
The Trading Performance Manager role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus great benefits and working environment. The role is easily commutable from Chester, Wrexham, Oswestry, Liverpool, Wirral and Warrington.
