IT Helpdesk Analyst / 2nd Line Support Service Desk Engineer that has a solid technical background with excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills is required for a well-established Company based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits (See Below)

As the IT Helpdesk Analyst / 2nd Line Support Service Desk Engineer you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous IT Service Desk / Help Desk experience supporting SME's or working for an MSP
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working as part of a wider service delivery function
  • Familiar with working to SLA's & KPI's to meet customer requirements
  • An MCP/MCSE/MCITP/MCSA qualification would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided
