With this comes further demands on our technology resources and to be a high performing oraginsation it is essential that our technology is fit for purpose and technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager. As the Cloud and EUC Services Manager you will manage the 2nd line team responsible for supporting and managing the Cloud and End User Computing (EUC) Environments. The team provide 2nd line support for escalations from the Service Desk and handles the relating administration activities for the Azure/O365/Intune environments, ensuring the CMA end users computing experience is the most effective and efficient possible.  The team's function is to take the lead in the resolution of technical issues and the all-round proactive management and administration of the end user environment including; hardware, operating system, applications, deployment, system monitoring and administration. Your remit will include the day to day management of the service, along with developing a strategic roadmap for support and managing 3rd party suppliers. The successful applicant will be able to evidence: An ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate or comparable experience. Proven experience and technical knowledge of operational support O365 suite and Cloud products. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SCCM, Intune, Azure cloud and the monitoring/administration of these environments. Demonstrable knowledge of working within an ITIL framework environment. Strong organisation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers to foster strong professional relationships. Proven ability in effective decision making and prioritisation of tasks/project related work, determining goals and priorities and stipulating the time, activities and resources required to achieve the set goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
