One of my clients is urgently looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a 6 month contract, due to an extra increase of work load.That said the overall purpose of the job is to be the first point of contact for all users with an ICT issue, with responsibility for the logging, categorisation and allocation of these issues within the helpdesk system.Main Responsibilities:? To monitor and maintain the Helpdesk System, logging, assigning and closing calls as appropriate. ? Provide ICT support to all users of within the group.? Respond to all helpdesk calls within service standards, escalating as required.? To monitor stocks of consumables and spares, preparing POs for replacements when required.? To maintain the Asset Register and keep it up to date with all Hardware & Software.? User Administration of all systems including creation, deletion of users and granting of permissions in line with business requirements.? Liaise with various 3rd party suppliers.? Assist with projects where required to achieve the project aims.? Assist with data quality issues within all Business Systems.?
