The RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will help to deliver a range of technical projects for customers. Acting as a bridge between customers and the Operations/Product Team, you will: - Generate in-depth user stories, test strategies, implementation and handover plans
- Work with Project Managers to create delivery plans
- Help to ensure design and testing plans are fully scoped
- Collect, analyse and document business, functional and data requirements
- Assist Developers with business questions About YouTo be considered as a Business Analyst, you’ll need experience of the following: - Working as a Business Analyst within an IT and/or software environment
- Writing functional and technical specifications
- Workshop facilitation and presenting to an audience
- Multiple projects and business users
