Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced IT Support engineer to support the EUC function within the business. This is a 6 Month initial contract based in London.
Key Duties:
o Assisting the EUC & VIP Support team in daily support duties.
o Completing assigned tasks and training materials provided by line manager.
o Presenting a focused, can-do attitude at all times.
o Assist in creating technical documentation for users and team members alike.
o Pro-actively suggesting improvements and changes where necessary.
o Attend and partake in weekly team meetings.
Required Education/Training & Experience:
o Individual who is studying for degree in Information Technology or a related field.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Apple products.
o Must have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, detail oriented mindset.
o Have a proactive and questioning approach to troubleshooting.
Other desired skills and characteristics:
o Previous experience in a professional office environment.
o Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
o A good understanding of Information Technology related terms and jargon.
o Previous experience within an IT role.
