IT Analyst

The Corporate Business Systems Team is looking for an IT Analyst who can work with a diverse range of IT systems underpinning the council's core business including Council Tax & Business Rates, Housing Benefits, Payments, CRM, eForms, SharePoint and Finance Systems

The post holder will support existing systems and their users, whilst implementing a challenging change programme through major systems improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a customer focused professional with solid experience of working in the IT systems support within a large complex business service. You will be educated to at least a diploma level in an IT discipline with experience of analysing, developing and implementing solutions to challenging technical problems.
