SC cleared ITOM Implementation is required to plan out the detailed implementation of the ITOM we developed last year ready to start operating the legacy DMICP application in October using the new OM. Key deliverables are the resource plan, the transition plan, walk throughs of the key ITIL processes that will be operated using the new model. Stakeholder engagement will be required within the programme teams and within ASDT and within ISS including Service Performance. SC cleared or eligible to undergo SC clearance Duration: 2 months + in scope for extension
