We are looking to recruit a PMO Manager to join a forward thinking, innovative and dynamic global Reinsurance organisation, based in the City of London.As a PMO Manager you'll have responsibility for the definition, implementation and maintenance of the project tools, ensuring that projects are delivered in a well-governed environment - managing the risks, budgets, and timescales of the work covered by Project Management team.The business is investing in several key strategic initiatives including Digital, Innovation and IT Risk and Cyber Security. You'll be joining a fairly new but well-regarded Cyber Programme team, who are working on a number of high-profile projects redefining the strategy across the global business. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

EssentialPMO background within financial servicesExperience of defining and developing programmes of work to ensure Project Managers have processes mapped outDeveloping project charters, project plans and requirement logsExperience of setting up governanceWorking with stakeholders up to C-suiteBudget responsibility
