Procure to Pay Support Analyst (SAP Ariba) - Birmingham - 4-month contractA Procure to Pay Support Analyst (SAP Ariba) is required to join an energy provider end client based in Birmingham on a 4-month contract. The role:

You will:Work on a major back office transformation programme and will support the Procure to Pay Lead.Provide support for business readiness associated with Go Live of the SAP Ariba system. This will include communications, supplier onboarding, testing and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

If successful, you will:Support the supplier enablement by transitioning suppliers onto the Ariba networkSupport the development of Ways to Buy and ensure alignment across the different networksEnsure that all catalogues are uploaded and managedSupport the creation of Supply Chain tools, governance documents, policies, procedures and training guidesProvide support for the transition suppliers of onto the Ariba networkReport and monitor to achieve efficiencies in business readinessSupport the buyers and system admin with catalogue management, buying channels and commodity codesSupport query management
