Senior IT Support Engineer - Full Time 
Norwich, Norfolk (office based, with travel to customer sites) 
£28,000 - £32,000 Plus Benefits 

As a respected and long established IT supplier, our client delivers IT infrastructures and network integration to SMEs. Due to continued success, they are now recruiting a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team on a full time basis. 

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will: 

- Provide technical support to their customers 
- Work within a fast paced environment 
- Travel to customer offices when required 
- Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner 

Interested? To be considered as a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will need: 

- At least two years' experience in a customer-facing hands-on technical role 
- A full, valid driving licence 

Experience in the following is also essential: 

- Windows Server 2008(+R2)/2012(+R2)/2016/2019 
- VMWare & Hyper-V 
- Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016/2019 
- Office365 
- Windows Desktop (7/8/8.1/10) 
- IIS & Certificate Services 
- Active Directory / Group Policy 
- DNS / DHCP 
- Wireless technologies 
- Basic Networking; Firewalls / Basic Routing / NAT etc. 
- VPN technologies 
- Telephony solutions 

Our client is interested in hearing from candidates who have experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Network Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer or Technical Support Advisor.
