We have a fully cloud-based technology stack and the successful candidate will play a key role in:
Ensuring our suppliers meet or exceed service levels
Reviewing existing IT services, identifying and prioritising areas for improvement
Ensuring our staff receive a high quality and responsive IT service
Day-to-day service management activities, including incident, change and problem management.

Experience of working with external IT service providers
An ITIL or Foundation Level IT qualification or equivalent experience
Experience of IT service management in a multi-supplier environment
Experience of managing people, creating positive, effective and sustainable relationships
Excellent customer service skills.
