Salesforce CRM Manager Up to £45,000 + Benefits A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with a non-profit organisation, who are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Manager / Senior Salesforce Administrator who understands the power of great business analysis and stakeholder management, with a preference for listening to and understanding stakeholders, identifying their needs, translating the features of Salesforce and ultimately utilising Salesforce to meet these. Your responsibilities: Proactively set and manage the product roadmap for our organisational use of Salesforce in consultation with business leads to enable them to take opportunities to improve its processes. Organise, undertake and manage multiple projects that include customisation and development of functionality, system integration and appointing and managing lead implementation partners. Responsible for translating business requirements into recommendations and operational solutions for multiple teams Maintains relationships internally and externally for Salesforce, Salesforce.org and our external implementation partners, representing them at Salesforce networks and ensuring we utilise the support and resources of our partners Provide adequate training and user guides to Salesforce users across the organisation Manage/Coach a group of Salesforce Champions from teams across the organisation to drive up adoption and promote the benefits of using Salesforce consistently, providing specialist advice, training, technical support and project management. Manage organisational Salesforce budget, including budgeting for the Salesforce roadmap annually, reforecasting and negotiating licencing costs, development costs and training costs Responsible for ensuring that bespoke system development of Salesforce is done so within standard best practice and ensures that the system is fit for purpose for day to day use across teams and remains an effective data reporting and analytics platform for the organisation. Responsible for ensuring effective system maintenance of Salesforce, including user management and safe implementation of new version releases and updates from Salesforce.com The Idea Candidate will be A Salesforce.com certified technical expert (or equivalent through experience) with knowledge of Salesforce system development, administration and maintenance. Demonstrable experience of developing Salesforce for business solutionsExperienced in administering and developing marketing solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot. Experienced in business analysis with the listening and communication skills to capture effective stakeholder requirements Experienced in development of a CRM from requirements gathering, functional design, development, test and release management This client pays very good attention to detail in the way their employees work.
