CRM Project Manger

Spring Technology are working in partnership with a market leading organisation to recruit a Project Manager in Kidlington with experience of delivering mid-scale projects within large multi-region organisations.

The Company

You will be joining a FTSE 250 company with a global presence that is recognised as an industry leader. As a Project Manager you will play a key role in new system innovations and will be joining a highly successful project team.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the business facing element of the CRM programme. This will include co-ordination and delivery of the design, testing and deployment elements of the Programme; the Communication strategy; Change Management and Stakeholder engagement and Project governance.

The Responsibilities

*The plan and design of the CRM integration and deployment plus the pro-active monitoring of progress, resolving of issues and initiating corrective action where appropriate.

*Definition and documentation of Project governance.

*The ensuring of effective quality assurance within the Project. This should focus inwardly on internal consistency and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards

*The management of the project's budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses

*The facilitation of appointment of individuals to project teams

*The delivery of new products or services from projects to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements

*Ensuring the appropriate allocation of common resources and skills within the project's individual projects

*Management of third party contributions to the project

*Management of communications with all stakeholders

*Management of the dependencies and the interfaces between projects

*Management and mitigation of risks to the programme's successful outcome - communicating through the Project governance structure where required.

*The initiation of extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise

*The reporting of progress of the programme at regular intervals to the relevant Director and to the Steering, Project and other associated teams.

The Requirements

*Experienced Project Manager with proven track record of CRM projects.

*Excellent stakeholder management skills acting as a bridge between technical and non- technical stakeholders.

*Prince 2 or MSP certification desirable.
