If so then I've got the role for you!A client of mine in Peterborough is looking for an experienced 1^st Line Support professional to join their team that supports over three thousand users. You will be directly involved with first time fixes and resolve various issues from all areas of the business. Logging and capturing information from calls reported via email or telephone.'€¢

Resolve 1^st line calls including Active Directory administration, remote support and mobile device queries.'€¢

Escalating calls where appropriate.'€¢

Provide updates to business and callers on the progress of their queries.

Experience Required:

'€¢

At least 2 years experience in a service desk environment.'€¢

Experience supporting Windows 7 to 10.'€¢

Knowledge/experience of using remote working solutions.'€¢

Experience of supporting mobile devices including iPhone, Android, Blackberry ect.'€¢

Ideally some experience with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.'€¢
