MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS SCHEDULER - Nr Farnborough3 months initially£18.55/hr ltd You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and co-ordination of all maintenance and repairs activity across the Estate, supporting the company's statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations. General Description of JobResponsibility for planning, scheduling and co-ordinating planned, reactive and remedial mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance and repairs activity across the Estate, focused on the most resource efficient and cost effective service solutions.Ownership of Estate wide resource scheduling for all maintenance activities, including asset maintenance history and job activity reporting.Identify, develop and implement a system of prioritisation for maintenance scheduling.Co-ordination and collaboration with asset management colleagues, working together to identify "best fit" solutions, balancing contractual obligations and the needs of the customer.Establish, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure for maintenance scheduling, including coordination with asset management teams and other departments as required.Develop cost and time estimates with resource planning for maintenance activities, and ability to track time spent and expenditure.Notify team supervision / management as required of resource / activity scheduling clashes and provide appropriate and practical options for resolution.Manage and oversee the interfaces between maintenance scheduling, and parts and consumables ordering and replacement.Production of management reporting documentation for maintenance scheduling.Support the production of annual, five yearly, and ten yearly maintenance plans for Estate wide maintenance activities, and schedule requirements accordingly.Ensure the company's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) remains accurate and up to date in relation to all maintenance scheduling, including planned, reactive and remedial repairs, and asset management programmes.Co-ordination and co-operation with other departments, inspectors, auditors and third parties as required.Undertake personal professional development and attend statutory and regulatory training as required for the role.Ensure company health, safety & environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times. Technical Experience and QualificationsMinimum three years' experience in maintenance operations in the same or similar environmentEducated to GCSE level or equivalent (including Maths & English)Computer literate in Microsoft Office (minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Proven track record of working within a busy customer focused organisationExperience in providing administration support on medium / large projectsQualified IOSH Managing SafelyFacilities Management - Operational Management (Intermediate)Hold a driving licence suitable for use in the UKThorough knowledge and understanding of the Construction Design &Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 and any further amendments Skills ProfileGood level of IT skills and knowledge, with desire to develop and enhance existing knowledge base.Experience of working in maintenance operations teams with strong appreciation of risk management in specific working environment.Experience in producing and evaluating Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).Knowledge & Experience of working with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Knowledge of Joint Services Publication (JSP) Documents.
