Reporting to the head of department as a Customer Service Advisor you will provide an efficient and effective service to customers via email and webchat platforms within this digital business.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:To respond to online customer queries efficiently and effectivelyTo contact customers by phone where queries require a more thorough approachUnderwrite credit applicationsDetect fraudulent applications and activityTo project the company values in your day to day activityFollow and understand FSA regulations

Preferred Experience for Customer Service Advisor:Worked in a customer facing environmentDealing with customers over the phone and onlineExperience of retail financeComplaint management
