Regional Sales Operations SupportReadingStart Date: August 2019 My Client, a major International telecoms and network company, are currently looking for a Regional Sales Operations Support Consultant to join their Sales Operations division in Reading. As the Regional Sales Operations Support your responsibilities will include: General day to day Admin and support for UKI RSO tasks across a large number of Sales staff.Data gathering and consolidation of data e.g. ASV OTT, SFDC analysis, weekly f/c consolidation, assignment request processingSFDC Funnel reports and analytics as well as SFDC SAP data analysis and consolidationMonthly Assignment change requests consolidation and gathering of dataMonthly preparation and consolidation of data Packs from TableauFunnel Analysis/Data AnalysisReport creation and consolidationG Drive Admin/ managementRev Tracker data integrity and consolidationASVOTT Data consolidation and updatesWhitespace Reviews data consolidation and updatesWeekly Management cadence support, meetings, agenda's itineraries, data analysis to supportFollow up and chasing of Managers actions/ inputs/ activitiesRep/ Participation Analysis - data gathering and consolidationRegion Dashboard creation and managementHR and HC data consolidation/ trackingFiredrill support - Consolidation and or coordination of asks2020 Planning - SCC data consolidation and analysis Key skills required: Basic understanding of salesIntermediate/ advanced level Excel/ data analytics/ toolsExperience and knowledge of SFDCExperience and knowledge of Powerpoint and the Microsoft Office package.Experience and knowledge of Google Drive and or docs/ apps or a similar tool.Analytical mind/ approachSelf motivated and pro-activeStructured and disciplined - programmatic approach
