Are you an IT Graduate looking for your first step on the ladder - looking to build a career within IT or technical support? Then this could be the opportunity you're looking for!

We're working with a leading software development company, with over 120 people and one of the main players in their field. They're currently growing their 14 strong service desk, looking to add 2 x IT graduates who they can train and develop and offer proper careers paths too.

 As an IT Service Desk Analyst you'll provide telephone support to a UK wide client base for a range of technical issues primarily around the companies software (full training is obviously given), plus a mix of technical and user issues. 

Initially you'll be taking details of the issue to pass onto a more experienced analyst, before resolving low level issues and eventually progressing onto more complex problems. You'll work with a friendly team of 14 service desk analyst, in a supportive team orientated environment where you will be fully trained and developed.

 The company is a leading software development technology business with a UK wide client base and a range of software solutions across the industry.

With around 120 people and a technical service desk of 14 they're renowned for the quality of their software solutions and the level of service provided

They are currently expanding across their teams with growth across development, infrastructure, project management and technical support

great personality with excellent communication skills

a passion for IT and technology, fixing or building computers in your spare time and troubleshooting for family and friends

proven customer skills with an inherent belief in delivering a great service and experience

friendly and confident with an excellent telephone manner, keep calm under pressure and always wanting to learn

 Salary starts off at £17,500 + paid overtime, quickly rising to £21,000 over 18 months. There's a pension, paid overtime and a range of benefits, plus training, development and support
