Office 365 & SharePoint Administrator
I'm working with a leading Microsoft Partner, and Azure Cloud Consultancy based in Edinburgh who are adding to their Managed Services Department. The company have gone through a period of sustained growth, and the focus for the past 12 months is growing the Managed Service provision of high level Office 365 and SharePoint support work.
You will be directly dealing with Clients of various sizes and industries to help administer, install and support their Office 365 & SharePoint environments.
Working from the plush Central Edinburgh offices, or on Client sites across Edinburgh and the Central Belt, you will provide end users, technical staff and everyone in between with the guidance, consultancy and technical support needed to keep their operations running smoothly.
This is very much considered as a 4th line - high level of knowledge role based in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, and as such you will come from a similar position at 3rd line level.
Technically you should be comfortable with, but not inclusive to;
Office 365; including Exchange online Active Directory SharePoint Online SharePoint On-premise (specifically 2013/16)
Any/all experience with Windows Operating systems; both Server and Desktop is desirable.
As this is a highly visible, and business critical role; it's vital that you are comfortable engaging with Clients at all levels, including C-suite level stakeholders.
