Digital Optimisation Specialist: LondonThis FTSE 100 company is looking to introduce a new digital optimisation specialist to their company. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a large part in how their digital department functions as this role is critical In the success of the business. The team that you would be joining consisting of 4 main functions: Optimisation, Implementation, Insight and data. The team has significantly grown over the past few years.Working for this company you'll be:Helping growth continue using enterprise level, industry leading tools from a customer centric experience perspective as well as through web analytics and experimentation.Required to bring not only scientific rigour but creativity to the role as well as collaborating with the wider team in the core functions of the business to deliver customer centric and high quality tests to provide a seamless end to end digital experience.Contributing towards formulations, communication of the business and delivering clear and concise A/B tests alongside the wide optimisation team and their product scrums such as the definition of test details, audiences, measurement framework and test operations.Assisting the other teams at the organisation to help investigate, conceptualise, quantify and manage test opportunities, while adhering and aligning to existing product road-mapsCommunicating both positive and negative outcomes in equal measure focusing upon what can be learnt and the incremental impact. What does this company need from you?
