£30,000ShortList Recruitment are recruiting for a Technical Support Lead to join our client who are a leading software solutions provider based in Stockport.The focus of the Technical Support Lead role is to lead and support the technical consultants with the configuration of new system implementations and support existing client queries.The key requirements for the Technical Support Lead are:· Demonstrable ability to think logically and work closely with software developers· Systems integration and T-SQL and SQL server experience· Experience with Workflow and Workflow design (SharePoint/Salesforce etc)· Provide software product support to clients· Ability to work closely within a professional services team environment· Some coding experience or understanding of technologies such as HTML, CSS, C# would be beneficial· Ability to follow instructions and work to strict delivery guidelines· Able to work well under pressure and to work independently at times
