We are therefore hoping to expand our team by appointing a talented Senior 3rd Line Support Engineer who is skilled in IIS, LAN & WAN, Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V or VMWare.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Senior 3rd Line support Engineer, you will be taking a lead in managing the smooth running of our production environments operating on a 24/7 basis ensuring tickets and service levels are maintained to SLA's. You will clearly understand and solve any technical issues with your superior level of knowledge in infrastructure technologies and best practices. Your senior role will require sharing knowledge and best practices to other members of the team and continuously review and establish that all environments are fit for purpose. You will contribute to ensure complete availability and performance of our systems through complying to monitoring and maintenance schedules. Your innovative thinking will allow you to be continually aware of any possible enhancements in the current infrastructure solutions as well as shifts in technology that may be beneficial to the company.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…IIS, LAN & WAN, Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V or VMWareCisco networking products (Catalyst, Nexus, ASA)Proven networking experienceIT'S NICE TO HAVE…CCNA/CCNP or Advanced practical skillsSupport Automated infrastructure and software Deployment (Ansible, Octopus)Project completion experienceTO BE CONSIDERED…Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to [email protected].
