We are therefore looking for a 3rd Line Team Manager to further optimise this process, with the skills; Windows Server / MCSA / ITIL / Cisco / Network / Linux / VMware as early as possible.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a 3rd Line Team Manager we are looking for you to lead a team of engineers to indirectly provide a high level of service for our customers. In this role you will help ensure the smooth running of our production environment which operates 24/7. Ensuring that the appropriate knowledge is shared throughout the relevant teams to ensure we improve our first-time fix. In addition to this you will provide the support required for our clients to deliver our services (internal and external) and ensure that service levels are achieved and maintained, supporting the Service Desk Manager to provide on-call cover on a rota basis. We are looking for a Team Manager that not only meets targets but a Team Manager that has the drive to exceed expectations regarding performance, benchmarks and standards within the confines of the appropriate standards and processes expected from a superb customer services department.YOU NEED TO HAVE…Technical knowledge of Windows Server / MCSA / ITIL / Cisco / Network / Linux / VMwareAbility to design and document technical solutionsHave previously worked in a Service Desk environmentITS NICE TO HAVE….An understanding of Printing technologiesBasic troubleshooting and fault-finding skillsthe ability to articulate IT issues to non-IT peopleTO BE CONSIDERED….Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to [email protected].
