Key ResponsibilitiesPV Systems Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project manage patches, updates and upgrades of safety database systemProject manage updates to coding lists ad dictionariesManage user access to safety databases - ensuring the number of licenses acquired is adhered toMonitor support tickets with vendorManage safety product data sharingCoordinate data migration activitiesCoordinate acquisition and preparation of data from PV systems for compilation of all manner of reportsCoordination of triage, data entry, quality control, medical review and final submission of all product data into MPD with assistance from the Case Workflow Manager and the ICSR processing teamTrain junior associatesExperience and Skills RequiredDegree in Life Sciences/Biological ScienceMinimum 2 years of experience in PVSolid background in database administration, medical terminologyStrong IT skillsPrevious experience with contemporary global safety databasesAbout YouThe PV Systems Specialist will be a process-driven individual with excellent communication skills, organisational skills and time management skills in order to deal with shifting priorities and time-lines.
