£30-35kWe are currently recruiting for a specialist infrastructure engineer to join an established and growing IT service provider.As one of the support engineers, you will design, implement, and support key internal projects relating to critical IT services and functions. It is also important that you follow policies and procedures to comply with ISO20000 and ISO27001 accreditation.On a day to day basis, you will be communicating with clients, end users, and 3rd parties via communication methods such as telephone, email, and remote support tools.The successful candidate will have:- A good understanding of networking configuration using WAN, LAN, WLAN, Wifi, and Firewall

- Experience with network installations and configuration such as Cisco/Meraki switches, Juniper switches, Draytek routers, and Sophos firewalls

- Experience with email migrations

- Experience with virtualisation technologies

- Experience with the installation of servers

- CCNA or CCNP Cisco certification

- MCSA 2012, 2016 Microsoft certification

- MCSE Core Infrastructure Microsoft certification

- Office 365 certifications
