Site Reliability Engineer (SRE Ruby AWS Docker CI/CD Real-time Distributed Systems). Successful start-up that creates cutting-edge, real-time infrastructure products for a range of global companies is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer you will write Ruby code for the company's infrastructure automation, orchestration, configuration and continuous integration testing of the infrastructure. You'll make extensive use of a wide range of AWS services, manage and develop the continuous integration services and work collaboratively with the engineering team to design and implement new features and services.

Based in a fantastic central London location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, you'll be part of a laid back start-up environment with a casual dress code.

Requirements:

*Commercial experience using Ruby

*Broad knowledge of cloud technologies (ideally AWS)

*CI/CD experience

*Familiar with containers such as Docker

*Ideally you'll have experience working with real-time, distributed systems

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills

*Desirable: evidence of contributing to the Open Source community
