FulltimeContract - 3 MonthsAccess Talent are Project and Programme Resourcing Specialists for the permanent, contract and interim market.The roleAs IT Service Desk Specialist you will be required to support a range of ongoing projects (1st/2nd Line IT Support) you will report to the UK IT Service Delivery Manager. Providing excellent customer support and help on all IT related queries across business hours, these role are required to support major new projects across their digital and architecture roadmap - Mon - Fri (37.5hrs per week)Key Accountabilities

Providing customer support and help on all IT related queriesLogging of all IT request into service desk tool from emails and telephone callsUpdating user and asset information within the service desk toolKeeping users informed on status and progress of requestsPrioritise & categorising requests in accordance with working proceduresMaintaining call information within the service desk toolMonitoring and escalating calls in accordance with service levelsProviding outage notification communications to the business communityLog calls with external suppliersBasic User Account AdministrationFamiliar with the use of IT Service Desk Tools.

Experience required Basic User Account AdministrationFamiliar with the use of IT Service Desk Tools.A Nuymber of Years in Basic IT Support Skills including:MS Office / MS Windows / MS OutlookCustomer Service SkillsQuality Data Entry, Administration and OrganisationGood Telephone Manner & Communication Skills The next steps
