INFOR LN Business Analyst - Birmingham - £40k-£45k - Global manufacturing and industrial enterprise This huge organisation is looking for an ERP business analyst to focus on a transformation upgrading sites currently using Infor LN to a newer version. A hands-on position providing functional expertise while having experience in: Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Logistics or Finance areas. The successful candidate:Proven success in a Business Analyst role Have a strong ERP implementation background Ability to demonstrate flexibility and comfort with changing requirements and stakeholders.Commercial acumen, with an ability to review business processes and communicate key issues in a concise and clear manner. Full life-cycle, strong stakeholder engagement experience It is desirable to have experience within a Manufacturing environment. Documenting business processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Problem solving and analysis. Customer focused; business priority driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong & confident communicator, both verbally and in written format. Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables. Working knowledge of computers and software. Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts in a rapid pace environment. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:IT/ICT or business focused further/higher education qualification.
